Your responsibilities

 

• 
   
  
• Solution Manager L2 Support
  
• ChaRM Change Requests: Handling, Bugs, Questions, choosing IBase component, filling scope, Approval, Status change
  
• ChaRM Change Documents: Handling, Bugs, Questions, component version mismatch, Retrofit, CSOL, XLD, hanging imports, testing
  
• Incident management: Handling, Bugs, Questions, Autoclosure, Support Team determination, Interface to BA-SolMan
  
• E-Mail notifications: Missing notifications, multiple notifications, wrong recipient
  
• Solution Manager Standard Changes
  
• Approver determination, categorization schemes, support team determination
  
• Coordination of requests for new ChaRM projects
  
• Closure of Change Documents
  
• Decommissioning of terminated ChaRM projects
  

 

 

Your profile

 

• 
   
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
  
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position
  
• Fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset
  
• Good SAP Solution Manager knowledge
  
• Excellent analytical skills
  
• Strong service thinking skills and service orientation
  
• Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
  
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
