Your Tasks:

 

• 
   
  
• analyzing errors and developing work arounds and permanent solutions
  
• designing solution independent
  
• implementation of change requests
  
• handling of service requests by changing customizing
  
• keeping ticket up-to-date
  
• maintaining documentation - knowledge base
  
• performing regularly support and maintenance tasks
  
• supporting interfaces to other modules and (sub-)systems
  
• ensuring Compliance with internal processes
  
• support of go-lives
  
• collaboration in projects
  

 

 

 

 

Your Profile:

 

• 
   
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
  
• at least 2 years of experience in application support
  
• fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset
  
• knowledge of applications architecture
  
• good knowledge of Unix, MS Windows environment
  
• practical experience in Webservices (IIS, Tomcat, Apache)
  
• strong service thinking and analytical skills
  
• flexibility and good interpersonal skills
  
• ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
  

 

 

Experience in below listed products/technologies will be an asset

 

• 
   
  
• cloud technics (e.g. AWS and AZURE)
  
• content management system (typo3, FirstSpirit)
  
• PostgreSQL, MySQL
  
• Shellscripting (Unix/bash, WIN/Powershell)
  
• Opentext (ECM), Jenkins, Check_MK
