Odmowa dostępu

Hej

 

Używam programu do takiego urządzenia (https://lifescience.roche.com/en_pl/products/lightcycler-381711.html).

I niestety na niektórych komputerach mam problem z otworzeniem plików. Dostaję komunikat odmowy dostępu z takim błędem. Dział pomocy tej firmy powiedział jedynie że jakiś program blokuje mi działanie tej aplikacji....

Macie jakieś rady jak mogę to zdiagnozować ? Poniżej wklejam błąd.
